Refund policy

Because all items from Sparks of Whimsy are custom-made to order, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once work has begun.

However, if an error occurs on our end (such as producing an item that does not match the agreed-upon design), we will gladly:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace it at no additional cost

To request a replacement due to an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Normal variations in handmade items, slight color differences, or design interpretations are part of the custom process and are not considered defects.
